With all the upcoming December holidays, many City and public offices will be closed on certain dates which is important to note when planning your everyday errands.
City Hall will be closed for two weeks for the holidays starting Dec. 22, 2014 through Jan. 4, 2015 — with offices reopening Monday Jan. 5.
For any water or sewer related emergencies, contact the City at 209-668-1200.
Turlock Police Administration and Records Offices, as well as the Fire Department Administration Office, will be closed in line with City Hall, Dec. 22 through Jan. 4.
The offices will be closed, but Turlock Police Officers and Firefighters are always on duty to protect the community. For emergencies, always call 911. Non-emergencies can be reported at 209-668-1200.
United States Post Offices will be open Wednesday, Dec. 24 for Christmas Eve, with most retail location lobbies closing at noon. Post offices will be closed Thursday, Dec. 25 and will resume services Dec. 26.
Additionally, many Post Office retail location lobbies will be open until noon on New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31. The Post Office will be closed Thursday, Jan. 1 with regular services resuming Friday Jan. 2.
Turlock Irrigation District offices will be closed Dec. 24 for Christmas Eve, and Dec. 25 for Christmas; offices will reopen Dec. 26.
TID will also be closed New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31, and New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, and will reopen Friday. For outages and emergencies, call TID’s 24-hour service line at 209-883-8301.
The Pacific Gas and Electric pay-station located at 135 N. Center St. will be closed Christmas Day, Dec. 25 and New Year’s Day, Jan. 1. If you smell natural gas, see downed power lines, or notice an emergency situation, leave the area immediately, call 911 and then PG&E at 1-800-743-5000.
Bank of America will close at 2:00 pm for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open regular hours on New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
Rabobank will close at 2:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open regular hours New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
Wells Fargo will close at 2:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open until 2:00 p.m. New Year’s Eve, and closed on New Year’s Day.
BBVA Compass will close at 1:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open regular hours New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
F&M Banks will close at 3:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open regular hours New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
U.S. Bank will close at 2:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open regular hours New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
Bank of the West will close at 2:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open regular hours New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
Chase Bank will close at 3:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open regular hours New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
Valley First Credit Union will close at 1:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be open New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
Mocse Federal Credit Union will close at 12:00 p.m. for Christmas Eve and will be closed Christmas Day; they will be until 3:00 p.m. New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day.
