Carla Danine Blair
August 1964 – February 2009

Carla was born and raised in Blythe, CA until she moved to Delhi when she was seven. She worked as a nurse’s aid for 25 years. It was always her dream to return to school and become a registered nurse. Carla is survived by sons Brent Blair, Shon Blair, Kenneth Blair Jr. of Delhi and Alex J. Richards of Hilmar; two sisters Joy Pace of Modesto and Tracy Franco of Yuba City, CA; her beloved mother Judy Holtz of Alaska and many other close family and friends that will miss her. She was preceded in death by her father Earl Phillips Jr. and one brother Earl Phillips III.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Allen Mortuary from 3:00 ~ 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at the New Beginnings Christian Church in Delhi, CA on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 1:00pm.
