The Modesto Nuts have announced that Turlock’s “King of Pop” will perform before Saturday’s game.
Nichols, who has gained instant fame from the YouTube video of his performance of Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” dance which earned him a win at the Pitman High School Talent Show, will show off his moves before the Nuts take on the San Jose Giants.
"The Modesto Nuts are excited to showcase Brett and host his family at the game on Saturday" said Modesto Nuts General Manager Tyler Richardson. "It's special when we get to recognize one of our many local talented individuals."
Nichols’ “Billie Jean” performance has now been seen by more than 16 million people, and he released a couple of new videos on Monday.
Gates open at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, which first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m. Get there early to see Nichols moonwalk across John Thurman Field.
