On Thursday, November 25th, 2021, at 6:50 pm, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported man down in front of a residence in the 500 block of Wayside Dr, Turlock.

When crews arrived on scene, they located a 22-year old male unconscious on the ground next to a bicycle with lots of blood on his face.

He was ground transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital with moderate injuries.

Officers began investigating and believed that this was possibly the result of a vehicle collision, however, that is yet to be confirmed. Two vehicles were next to the victim, a white Chevrolet pickup truck and a gray Honda sedan. The white Chevrolet pickup truck had noticeable damage on its rear-end that appeared consistent with a bicycle striking it, however, that is yet to be confirmed what actually happened.

No signs of foul play were located.

The investigation remains on-going.
