At about 12:34am Tuesday, Turlock Police Officer Becerra attempted to make a bicycle stop at N. Front Street and Almond Avenue.
Instead of immediately stopping, the bicyclist decided to be uncompliant with officers and resist.
After about a minute, the bicyclist was able to be detained and identified as Carrie Miller, 50, of Ceres.
Miller was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of resisting a peace officer and operating an unequipped bicycle during darkness.
