Although the Ebola virus never quite made it to Turlock, or Stanislaus County, Emanuel Medical Center is still showing caution by administering a screening questionnaire.
The questionnaire, which features three simple questions asking if the patient is currently suffering from flu-like symptoms, has traveled out of state in the past 21 days, or has come in contact with a sick person out of state in past 21 days, must be filled out by all who are admitted to the hospital.
