Bank of America closed off its parking lot over the weekend as a tow-away zone in order to sealcoat and “stripe” the asphalt.
ATMs remained open 24 hours inside, however, so Bank of America customers could continue to have full access to their banking.
The lot was clearly marked off with tape so that approaching cars knew to park on the street. Most customers parked on Palm Street to visit the bank, as the drive-thru ATM was not in use.
The sign read that the lot will marked off through today, June 23.
