The signs for the old Goodwill located in the Turlock Town Center were taken down on Tuesday, most likely in anticipation of a new tenant.
In May, TurlockCityNews.com announced that there could be a new anchor tenant coming into the Turlock Town Center, where Sears and the adjacent Goodwill stood.
But the name of the new tenant was not released then, and according to Turlock Assistant to the City Manager for Housing and Economic Development Maryn Pitt the identity of the tenant is not being released now either.
Pitt did add though that along with the new signs, the Turlock Town Center is receiving some fresh paint.
