Some sidewalks around Turlock are notorious for cracks and the possibility of tripping with every step.

However, new corner sidewalks and gutters are being installed along Colorado Avenue between Sierra Street and Escondido Avenue.

The new sidewalks are outfitted with tactile paving to help pedestrians who are visually impaired.
