Complaints of flashing red lights and traffic confusion near the W. Main Street and Highway 99 exit in Turlock is most likely due to the AT&T workers seen working in the rain.
It's not known what they are working on, but rain or shine.

At about 3:36pm Thursday, Turlock Fire and Turlock Police responded to a public assistance call at Crowell Elementary School in the 100 block of North Avenue.
At about 12:54pm Tuesday, Turlock Police, Turlock Fire, and American Medical Response responded to an aggravated assault that had just occurred at the Turlock Chamber of Commerce in the 100 block of S. Golden State Boulevard.
