Aside from the 1 Stop Food and Liquor store, the Park Villa Plaza on Golden State Boulevard remains completely empty.

The 20,602 square-foot structure was built in 2008, but the 1 Stop Food and Liquor store has been the only resident of the commercial structure.

The Park Villa Plaza is located on Golden State Boulevard between Christoffersen Parkway and Atherstone Road in Turlock.
