At about 3:52pm Tuesday afternoon, the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office responded to an aggravated assault that had just occurred in the 400 block of W. Simmons Road.

At about 10:02pm Monday night, a Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a reckless driver at Chicago Avenue and Vernon Avenue in Modesto, so he attempted to make a traffic stop on him.

Shortly after 8:30am Monday morning, Turlock Police responded to a vandalism in the 4000 block of W. Main Street.

At about 2:20am Sunday morning, Officer Mulhim was involved in a vehicle collision at Lander Avenue and E. Glenwood Avenue.

At about 1:09am Saturday morning, Officer Mulhim observed and got out with an occupied suspicious vehicle parked in the 100 block of W. Main Street.

At about 10:27pm Wednesday night, Officer Kauffman was conducting extra patrol at Donnelley Park in the 600 block of Pedras Road, when he came across a man who he immediately recognized and knew had warrants.

The Turlock Police Department announced today that Alejandro Rosales, 24, of Los Banos, was sentenced to 15 years to life in state prison for his homicide conviction.

At about 11:41pm Tuesday night, Turlock Police responded to a possible burglary in progress to a vehicle at the Safeway in the 3000 block of Countryside Drive.

On Friday, October 20th, the Turlock Police Department took a report of a big rig being stolen from C Street and Fifth Street.

The Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office announced yesterday that Joshua Scott, 21, of Turlock, was sentenced to two years in state prison for his arson conviction.
