According to Washington State Police, Elizabeth Romero, 14, was abducted from Kennewick, Wash. At approximately 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. She is a Hispanic female, 5-feet 3-inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white tank top, dark pants, a backpack, and a pink purse.

The suspect has been identified as Eduardo Flores-Rosales, 19. He is a Hispanic male, 5-feet 9-inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. Flores-Rosales has black hair and brown eyes.

Flores-Rosales was last seen driving a green Ford Escape, from the early 2000s. The vehicle does not have a license plate, but has temporary registration from Washington.

It is believed that Flores-Rosales may be en-route to Mexico with Romero.
