The Turlock Police Department has set up a perimeter near the intersection of Colorado Avenue and Marshall Road near Turlock High School.

Police officers are in the area searching for a subject that brandished a gun at Sunnyview Park at approximately 2:24 p.m.

Neighborhoods in the area of East Marshall, Colorado Avenue, Cooper, and Oak have road blocks.

Turlock High School, Sacred Heart, and Dutcher Middle School are on lock down.

The incident involved three individuals, two of which were caught. Police are searching for the third individual but it is not known whether he is armed or not.

There is no direct threat to Turlock High School at this time.
