Turlock police arrested a suspect after the victim of a bike theft reported spotting the suspect at Dutcher Middle School.

At approximately 7:19 p.m. on May 13, Turlock police responded to Dutcher Middle School after the victim of a bike theft alerted police of his allegedly stolen bike’s location.

Upon arriving to the scene, the suspect, later identified as Keith Roberts, 18, allegedly fled from officers on foot.

Officers were able to apprehend Roberts after a short foot pursuit.

Roberts was arrested for possession of stolen property and resisting arrest.
