From two separate thefts in just over 24 hours, Turlock police arrested three subjects for shoplifting from Walmart.
The first incident occurred at approximately 5:12 p.m. Sunday. After Elizabeth Huerta, 40, and Timothy Conner, 30, allegedly shoplifted, Turlock police contacted and arrested the duo.
At the time of his arrest, Conner allegedly lied to officers about his name. However, Conner was positively identified at the jail and it was found that he had several misdemeanor warrants in his name.
Conner was arrested and charged with shoplifting, false impersonation, and the misdemeanor warrants. Huerta was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
Just a day later, at 6:50 p.m. Monday, another shoplifter was arrested from Walmart.
Brad Denys, 35, was allegedly observed shoplifting by store security. Turlock police officer arrested and cited Denys for theft.
