Deadlines are approaching to participate in Turlock’s much-anticipated Downtown Turlock Independence Day Parade, Street Fair and Car Show on July 4.
Banners downtown, like the one pictured here, are exciting Turlockers for the nation’s birthday. The day will include a parade of floats from local businesses,nonprofits, and children, as well as vintage cars.
Car show entrance forms, food permits, and non-food vendor permits are all due by June 20. The pre-entry fee for cars participating only in the show is $30. To be in the parade as well as the show, the pre-entry fee is $35. After June 20, including the day of the show, the fee is raised to $40.
Car entries received after June 20 will not be able to participate in the parade. Fees for vendors and all applications are available here at the Turlock Downtown Property Owners Association’s website.
