Drivers headed down Crowell Road no longer have to yield to oncoming traffic or wait for students to cross before making a left-hand turn onto Monte Vista Avenue.
New traffic signals with turn arrows were installed at the intersection of Crowell Road and Monte Vista Avenue to alleviate some headaches for drivers.
The new signal will also greatly benefit drivers traveling southbound on Crowell Road, who previously had to wait for vehicles to turn left before they could continue straight through the intersection because there is no designated turn lane.
