Job Watch: Openings at Blue Diamond

Blue Diamond Growers has opened eight full-time positions at its Turlock almond processing facility, and is currently accepting applications.

Blue Diamond Growers is looking to fill eight Operator Technician positions, which are full-time and benefited positions. The positions are paid hourly, with pay around $19.50 per hour.

The Stanislaus Economic Development & Workforce Alliance reports that the open positions are for the graveyard and swing shifts.

The Turlock plant opened in June 2013 on an 88-acre space in the Turlock Regional Industrial Park on Washington Road, between Fulkerth Road and Main Street.

Blue Diamond Growers’ state-of-the-art Turlock facility was recently named “Plant of the Year” for 2014 by Food Engineering Magazine.
