One of the main reasons people say they don’t give money to panhandlers is because they fear the panhandler will use the money for alcohol or drugs, rather than food and housing.

But this panhandler, located at Berkeley Avenue and Golden State Boulevard, figured he would try the direct route, simply stating, “I need a beer” with his sign.

With all of the problems in this person’s life, at least he can say he is honest.
