Two branches of the Stanislaus County Library will host crime prevention workshops during the month of May.
At the two workshops, Gordon Little of Farmer’s Insurance will share tips on preventing theft and explain what to do in the event of a loss.
Participants will also learn how to deter home invasion and will be shown examples of home safety items.
The first workshop will be held at 6:30 p.m. May 7 at the Turlock Library, located at 500 Minaret Ave. The second will be held at 6 p.m. May 21 at the Waterford Library, located at 324 E St.
