By Margaret Duncan/The Signal - California State University, Stanislaus President Joseph Sheley delivered a speech focusing on the issues of risk management, safety, health and information security March 10. Throughout the hour an audience consisting of faculty, staff and students listened to Sheley stress the importance of a university-wide culture that has only the best intentions when it comes to campus safety.
