On Saturday, January 7th, 2023, at 9:40 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the 900 block of Ninth St, Turlock, observed a driver violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.

The officer made contact with and recognized the vehicle’s driver as David Gallo, 20, of Turlock, who is a known marijuana dealer that has previously been arrested.

The officer observed marijuana in Gallo’s vehicle and conducted a probable cause search of it, which led to the discovery of evidence suggesting that Gallo is still selling marijuana.

Gallo was arrested and released on a citation on the charge of transporting or selling cannabis.
