Turlock police arrested a man who was allegedly threatening himself and others with a handgun on Tuesday.
Joseph West, 23, was arrested for brandishing a firearm, making criminal threats, possession of a stolen gun and child endangerment.
Turlock police were called to the 1700 block of Amberwood Lane, where West was allegedly causing a disturbance with a handgun and threatening himself and others with said handgun, according to Turlock Police Department Lt. Ron Reid.
The disturbance allegedly began with a domestic dispute involving a child, Reid said.
West complied once Turlock police arrived on scene and he was arrested. Turlock police later found that the handgun was stolen.
