Here's a timely picture of the 2009 Turlock Downtown Independence Day Celebration that took place on Main Street.
In 2009, the 4th of July celebration included a parade, car show, and street festival that thousands of people packed Main Street for. That year helped the effort to keep it an annual event, as people are getting to experience in 2013.
