The Northern California Junior Rodeo Association has spent a full season riding through the Central Valley. In just over a week, the NHCJRA will come to Turlock.
On June 22, the Turlock Horseman’s Club will hold the 60th annual Junior Rodeo at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds.
With events such as calf riding, team roping, barrel racing, bull riding, goat tying and much more, guests are sure to enjoy the day as young children, middle school and high school students join together to show off their hard work and talent.
The NCJRA is a non-profit organization that promotes youth rodeos in the United States. Since its 1982 creation, the NCJRA has put on hundreds of rodeos.
The Turlock Horseman’s Club Junior Rodeo will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 22 at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds, located at 900 N. Broadway, Turlock.
