At about 5:12pm Sunday, Turlock Police responded to a battery in progress at Wendy’s in the 3400 block of W. Monte Vista Avenue.

The caller reported the incident involved an employee and a customer wearing a Wienerschnitzel uniform at the drive-through window.

Officers arrived at Wendy’s and contacted the victim. The two parties were determined to be known to one another and the incident was over infidelity.

Officers then went to Wienerschnitzel and contacted the employees, who stated they knew the suspect, Tristian Calhoun, 22, of Turlock, but she was on her lunch break and hadn’t returned yet.

Calhoun eventually returned and Officer Diaz contacted her.

The victim then came over, positively identified Calhoun, and signed a citizen’s arrest form.

Calhoun was arrested and released on a citation for battery.
