At about 9:16am Friday, Turlock Police responded to a security check in the 600 block of W. Hawkeye Avenue.
It was reported that a man was passed out in a vehicle parked on the street along the north curb with its windows fogged up.
Officers arrived on scene and located a man, later identified as Daniel Cisneros, 37, of Turlock, in the vehicle’s driver seat who appeared deceased.
Turlock Fire and American Medical Response arrived on scene shortly thereafter, made entry into the vehicle, and confirmed Cisneros was indeed deceased.
According to Public Affairs Analyst Sanchez, foul play didn’t appear to be a factor.
A deputy coroner responded to the scene and took possession of Cisneros’ body. An autopsy and toxicology tests will be conducted to determine his cause and manner of death.
