At about 11:36pm Sunday, Turlock Police responded to a burglary in progress to a vehicle at Finish Line Auto Shop in the 300 block of W. Canal Drive.
The caller was watching on his cameras and reported a man and woman had just broken into a vehicle parked on the rear side of the property.
Officers arrived in the area and located the couple dancing in the middle of the roadway in front of Turlock Transmission in the 1000 block of N. Golden State Boulevard.
The couple was identified as Grady Womack, 31, of Turlock, and Jessica Giron, 33, of Arizona.
Womack and Giron both displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence of methamphetamines, admitted to recent use, and some was found on them.
Through the investigation, it was determined Womack and Giron had both entered the vehicle, which turned out to be unlocked, so they could have sex in it.
Nothing was stolen, but the couple was unable to care for themselves.
Womack and Giron were arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of methamphetamines and disorderly conduct.
