Man Arrested After Being Found in Stolen Vehicle With Meth

At about 11:50pm Saturday, Turlock Police Officer Aziz got out with a suspicious vehicle at Boot Barn in the 3200 block of Countryside Drive.

Immediately after getting out with the vehicle, Aziz’s dispatcher told him that it had been reported stolen out of Moorpark.

Aziz contacted and detained the vehicle’s occupant, Manuel Testa, 45, of Washington.

Testa was found to be in possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.

Testa was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of buying or receiving a stolen vehicle, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The stolen vehicle was towed away and removed from the stolen vehicle system. It wasn’t wrecked, stripped, or burned, and had both license plates.
