At about 10:45pm Friday, Turlock Police Officer Khounlivong got out with a suspicious person at a residence in the 600 block of Chestnut Street.
Khounlivong recognized the man as Ryan Keeney, 35, of Turlock, and knew he was wanted in connection to a recent domestic violence incident.
Keeney was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of domestic violence inflicting corporal injury and robbery.
