At about 10:27pm Wednesday night, Officer Kauffman was conducting extra patrol at Donnelley Park in the 600 block of Pedras Road, when he came across a man who he immediately recognized and knew had warrants.

Kauffman detained Ryan Stocker, 43, of Turlock, and had his dispatcher run him to confirm the warrants.

Sure enough, Stocker returned with two local felony bench warrants. The first was a no-bail for possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, while the second was $100,000 for possession of methamphetamines for sale.

Stocker was arrested and found to be in possession of methamphetamines.

Stocker was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of possession of methamphetamines, as well as his warrant.
