On Friday, May 19th, 2023, at 10:09 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported traffic hazard in front of a residence in the 900 block of W Springer Dr, Turlock, where a woman was running around in the middle of the roadway and attempting to get into vehicles.
When officers arrived on scene, they found and contacted a woman later identified as Kristan Jones, 29, of Denair, who was obviously intoxicated.
Officers attempted to identify Jones, however, she gave an alias.
Due to her level of intoxication, officers determined that Jones was a danger to herself and arrested her.
Jones was transported to the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center where she was able to be identified. It turned out she had a $100,500 felony bench warrant for burglary, a $2,500 misdemeanor bench warrant for trespassing and obstructing or resisting a public officer in the discharge of their duty, and a $3,000 misdemeanor bench warrant for obstructing or resisting a public officer in the discharge of their duty.
Jones was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on the charge of disorderly conduct, as well as her warrants.
