On Sunday, May 14th, 2023, at 7:40 pm, a Turlock Police volunteer at Donnelley Park, 600 Pedras Rd, Turlock, observed a man hitting a shopping cart full of suitcases with a hay hook, so he requested officers respond.
When officers arrived on scene, they found and contacted a man who identified himself as Ryan Stocker, 43, of Turlock.
When officers had their dispatcher run Stocker, they discovered that he was on post release community supervision for possession of ammunition by a prohibited person.
Officers then conducted a PRCS search of Stocker’s property, discovering methamphetamines and evidence of their sales.
Stocker’s probation officer was notified of the incident and found that there was probable cause a violation of PRCS had occurred, so he authorized a 10-day flash.
Stocker was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of methamphetamines for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of post release community supervision.
