On Friday, April 21st, 2023, at 8:02 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a trespass in progress in the parking lot of Raley’s, 2900 Geer Rd, Turlock, after a man with a dog who was chasing around the security guard had refused to leave.
When officers arrived on scene, they found and made contact with a man who identified himself as Ryan Germino, 41, of Utah.
When officers had their dispatcher run Germino, they discovered that he had a fully-extraditable warrant out of Utah for “dangerous drugs”.
Germino was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant, where he will eventually be picked up by Utah law enforcement and be extradited back to their state.
