On Wednesday, March 1st, 2023, at 2:00 am, a Turlock Police officer near the 300 block of Twentieth Century Blvd, Turlock, observed a driver violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including passenger Mace Burgess, 59, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Burgess, he discovered that he had two $25,500 misdemeanor bench warrants. The first one was for theft while the second one was for possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Burgess was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
