On Friday, December 30th, 2022, at 6:40 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Lander Ave and C St, Turlock, observed a vehicle violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on it.
The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s two occupants, including passenger Juan Gutierrez, 43, of Turlock.
When the officer had his dispatcher run Gutierrez, he returned with two local misdemeanor bench warrants. The first one was a no-bail one for possession of methamphetamines and the second one was a $5,550 one for trespassing.
Gutierrez was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
