As campaign parties everywhere were taking place, election results were being updated multiple times an hour throughout the evening. Congressional Candidate Jeff Denham was present at an election night party at Vito’s Ristorante in Turlock as he and supporters awaited voting results.
Stanislaus County voters were in-line with statewide voting while slightly voting the other way on Propositions 16 (Local Electricity Providers) and 17 (Auto Insurance Pricing).
Some results were still too close to call by last night although the Secretary of State website has the updated results with 99.1% ( 22,689 of 22,894 ) precincts partially or fully reporting as of June 9, 2010, at 6:55 a.m. The Stanislaus County Clerks Office website has updated voting with 100% of precincts reported.
