The suspect in a Turlock auto theft was arrested in June after being identified by video surveillance, the Stanislaus County Auto Theft Task Force (StanCATT) announced Tuesday.
StanCATT officers received information regarding a 1999 Honda Civic that had been parked in the 4200 block of Scott Court on May 31.
According to StanCATT, the vehicle had been reported stolen to the Turlock Police Department on May 29.
With the help of surveillance video, officers were able to identify the driver of the reportedly stolen vehicle. The suspect was arrested on June 8.
Brittany Anna Womack, 21, was arrested for auto theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.
