Two suspects were arrested on April 28 after they both pulled out weapons during an argument with a victim.
Officers received a report of an assault and battery near the Jack in the Box and Save Mart on Geer Road shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
According to Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis, a male suspect, later identified as Thomas Miller, 30, had pulled out a knife and threatening the victim with it during an argument.
The other suspect, later identified as Edward Souza, 22, who was with Miller, pulled down his pants to grab a metal bar, which he brandished at the victim, said Lewis.
When officers arrived, they found that Miller was in possession of a stolen bicycle, which was returned to the elderly woman it belonged to, said Lewis.
Miller was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and possession of stolen property, as well as a parole violation and possession of methamphetamine.
Souza, who originally gave the name of a relative to police, was arrested for brandishing a weapon, indecent exposure, and false impersonation.
