Turlock police arrested a male subject on a parole violation Saturday afternoon after the subject was reported brandishing a handgun.
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Lander Avenue at 2:20 p.m. on the report of a subject brandishing a weapon.
When officers arrived, they located Daniel Loza, 26, in a vehicle.
Loza had allegedly brandished a handgun, said Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb, but no handgun was found with Loza.
While no handgun had been found, Loza was arrested for a parole violation.
