The League of Women Voters will be hosting an informational Pros and Cons presentation at the California State University, Stanislaus at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 2.

This is a chance for voters to come and learn what effects each proposition would have and hear the arguments made by the proponents and opponents of each proposition.

Information on who is funding and supporting each side of the propositions will also be given to those who attend.

According to Mary Giventer, Vice President of the League of Women Voters of Stanislaus County, the League will not be taking sides on the propositions and the presentation is intended to be purely informational.

Questions from the audience will be accepted by the League, said Giventer.

The presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 2 in the Event Center on the CSU Stanislaus Campus. A map of the CSU Stanislaus campus can be found here.
