Charter representatives have indicated that there have been outages affecting Escalon and Turlock.
In Turlock, the outage occurred at approximately 4 p.m. and appears to be affecting Charter services such as internet and cable.
A voice message has been implemented for Charter customers calling in the outage acknowledging that Charter is aware and has crews working to resolve the problem.
Representatives don’t have any estimates for the time when services will be restored, however, with an outage this size, representatives are expecting it to be out for a few more hours.
Long outages with Charter services occurred last year in June and October.
