First Night Market of the Turlock Farmers Market Season a Success

This past Friday, June 8th, the Turlock Farmers Market held their first Night Market of the season, and plans to have three more Night Markets throughout the rest of the season. Many community members were glad to see the Night Market take place, as work schedules often interfere with the hours of the weekly morning market.“Our first Night Market was a success,” stated Market Manager Lauren Camarata. “All of our vendors did extremely well and are excited about the next opportunity.”
The Turlock Farmers Market takes place downtown from 8am to 1pm every Friday morning, with the Night Market running occasionally thereafter from 4pm to 8pm. The dates for the other scheduled Night Markets are July 6th, September 7th, and October 26th.
“We had some great entertainment and the crowd was really enjoying the atmosphere,” reported Camarata.
Camarata also shared that the Farmers Market has added new vendors on board this month as well as some musical entertainment, kid activities, Senior Vouchers, and much more.
The Turlock Farmers Market offers fresh local produce, unique handcrafted items, beautiful flower arrangements, and various food vendors selling things from breads and hummus to fruits vegetables.
