During the summer it can get expensive to keep children entertained while they are out of school. For those seeking fun activities for their children, the Turlock Library will be having lots of activities that can entertain the children this month.

Some events at the Turlock Library are so great and helpful that the community can actually participate in them every week.

This month, every Monday in June the library hosts their Creative Writing Club for Teens. Here young writers from 13 to 18 can explore their passion for writing and discuss literary ideas in a safe creative environment. The Creative Writing Club for Teens begins at 11 AM.

Later that same day, Turlock Library will have the Tech Connect classes. They’ll be focusing on computer basics, internet basics, and a special one time class will even introduce class goers to the Cloud Library App and the Hoopla App. This class is conducted by library staff.  These classes begin at 2 PM every Monday, and those interested can call 209-664-8100 to sign up.
