Dozens of Turlock High School students, staff and teachers, along with Turlock Unified School District Office staff, gathered for a picture to celebrate “Pink Mondays,” the district’s collective effort to raise breast cancer awareness.

Many of those participating wore the pink shirts currently being sold by the Turlock Firefighters, Local #2434. The proceeds of the shirt sales are going to the Bill & Elsie Ahlem Cancer Endowment in Turlock.

Last year, approximately $14,000 was raised for the endowment.
